Service Description

During your sessions we will identify wellness needs and goals, personal motivations, identify potential obstacles and challenges, uncover capabilities and resources, all while holding you accountable for achieving your goals!

Cancellation Policy

Group Events: Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. ​ Individual Sessions: If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the session, you will receive credit to schedule in the future. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from your appointment time will result in loss of session. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
