Return Policy
At The Kalm Effect, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your T-shirt, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:
- Return Eligibility:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Any items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Return Process:
- Customers are responsible for returning the item at their own expense using a trackable shipping method.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or a refund for the cost of the item.
- Refund Details:
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
- Exchanges & Replacements:
- If the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- If you need a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order.
