Cancellation Policy 

Group Events: Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made with less than 13 days to the event will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made with two to days or less to the event will incur a 50% fee.

Individual Sessions: If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the session, you will receive credit to schedule in the future. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from your appointment time will result in loss of session.  We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
