The Kalm Effect offers a range of research-based strategies and interactive tools designed to enhance team communication, improve efficiency, and optimize organizational performance. Contact us to learn more about booking a group session tailored to your team's needs. Please note that prices do not include additional costs for travel and lodging for 1-2 staff members. More than 10 participants will require an additional $200 per person. These will be additional cost to the client.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Group Events: Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. ​ Individual Sessions: If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the session, you will receive credit to schedule in the future. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from your appointment time will result in loss of session. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
